BACK TO BUSINESS

OWNER Ged Rathbone has called on fans and riders to put their focus solely on racing tonight.

The 'T Balfe Construction' Panthers entertain Workington at the East of England Arena (7.30pm) in their penultimate SGB Championship fixture of the season.

And they're determined to put off-track matters to the back of their minds as they chase a sixth successive league victory.

"We felt it was only right and proper to make everyone aware of the position we find ourselves in yesterday," said Rathbone.

"We're very appreciative of all the positive messages of support we have since received from fans and we hope to be in a position to make further comment in the near future.

"But tonight is all about racing and keeping our winning run going. Everyone is determined to put on a show at one of the finest tracks in the country and remind us all why we love this sport.

"Hopefully the supporters will stay behind us by turning out in big numbers."

Peterborough will be at full-strength with reserve Tom Bacon declared fit after a spill in the club's win at Workington last Saturday.
