PETERBOROUGH number one Jack Holder has finished sixth in his final attempt at the World Under 21 Championship.

The Australian talent scored 11 points when reaching the semi-finals of the last of three rounds of the final last night (Friday).

Holder won two of his five heats at Pardubice in the Czech Republic.

Polish rider Maksym Drabik was crowned World Under 21 champion as he topped the standings by seven points from countryman Bartosz Smektala. Reigning champion Max Fricke had to settle for third this year.
