PETERBOROUGH have brought forward the start-time of their SGB Championship clash against Workington this Sunday (September 10).

The 'T Balfe Construction' Panthers will now entertain the Comets in their regular 5pm slot with the East of England Arena track available earlier than previously expected.

That is the second of two home fixtures in the space of three days with Peterborough also in Alwalton action tomorrow (Friday, 7.30pm) when hosting Scunthorpe.

Club bosses have again hired seven-time British champion Scott Nicholls to guest at number one after he delivered a fine performance in their rain-shortened success against Glasgow last weekend.

Jack Holder misses the clash against the Scorpions as he prepares for the second round of the World Under 21 Championship.

Peterborough are still working with Edinburgh and Workington to finalise dates for their two other home league fixtures.
