PETERBOROUGH fans still have time to snap up season tickets for 2017 . . . but they'll have to be quick!

The deadline for applications is looming large on Tuesday (January 31) with the start of the new campaign now less than two months away.

Club bosses are thrilled with the response already and are bracing themselves for a late rush.

Promoter Ged Rathbone said: "The response so far has been absolutely fantastic - even if it has caused me plenty of earache.

"My partner, Lisa Fleming, has been processing all of the season-ticket applications and it has turned into a very big job for her!

"It's been another terrific show of support from the fans and hopefully there will be more people taking advantage of the deal over the next few days."

Rathbone froze prices at 2016 rates of £300 (adults) and £200 (concessions) for season-ticket renewals - even though the club will have more home meetings in the coming year.

Prices for new applicants are £330 for adults and £220 for concessions. The package includes a programme and car parking for every meeting, and discounted entry to any prestige fixtures, such as semi-finals or finals.

The 'T Balfe Construction' Panthers stage their Press & Practice Day on Friday, March 17 and are working to finalise home and away challenging fixtures for the following two days.

Their first competitive outing of 2017 will be an SGB Championship clash against Scunthorpe at the East of England Showground on Friday, March 24.
